Build an innovative, explainable clinical decision support platform that makes medication safety more systematic and auditable. Korekar aims to translate established medicines safety knowledge into practical prompts that support clinical judgement, reduce avoidable patient harm, and contribute to lowering the long-term financial burden associated with preventable adverse drug reactions in United Kingdom healthcare.
